Returns & Exchanges

We want your O. experience to be simple and clear, and for every piece to arrive as intended.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing or printing defect, or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, with clear photos showing the issue.

Once the case has been reviewed and the issue confirmed, you may choose between an exchange or a refund.

In these cases, O. will cover the shipping costs for the return and replacement.

Size Exchanges

You may request a one-time size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to the availability of the requested size.

The item must be:

• Unworn.

• Unwashed.

• In its original condition.

• Returned with its original tags attached.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the value of the product will be refunded.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
